TEAM TAUGHT PIZZA 6th Edition

yen 4000 / 3000 for AJET members
Team Taught Pizza has been an ALT's best buddy for many a long year. With the sixth edition, the tradition continues.

TTP is packed with games, activities, ideas, and lots more. There is a section about teaching in elementary/primary school, working with adult classes, games you can do in about 10 minutes (for when you get bushwhacked by the JLT), grammar terms in English and Japanese, ways to bring environmental issues into your classroom, and a laundry list of other topics you'll wonder how you got along without.
At 350 pages (or so) TTP is a hefty tome 'o knowledge. Even better, it's spiral bound for your photocopying pleasure. And since the contents are royalty- free you can copyright anything in the book, and as much of it, as you'd like! Plus, the book is so orange it'll hurt your eyes just looking at it (translation: you can't lose it on your desk).

TTP is nearly 100% bilingual (Japanese/English). This is a great feature of the book, and is very useful for those times when you really don't have the time to explain how the activity should work in English. Just show your JLT the Japanese version and poof, instant understanding!
